How to Use Self Responsibility Essence

• Take 4 drops directly on the tongue from the bottle
• Use between 2 and 4 times per day
• Take at stock strength, without further dilution, for the deepest effect
• Preferably leave at least 10 minutes away from food or drink
• Finish the full bottle before checking whether more is needed
• Avoid combining with other deep-acting combinations at the same time
• Not generally recommended for children under 12
