As the owner of a busy yoga studio, I'm very aware that our space holds a lot of energy. It's wonderful to have so many people moving through the studio, practising, connecting and sharing their lives — and, of course, spaces can also accumulate some of the contracted, heavy or fearful energy that we all carry from time to time. It's one of the reasons we come to yoga: to reset, reconnect and create space within ourselves.
When Dani recently cleared our studio, she intuitively picked up on themes of lack and fear. What happened afterwards was quite remarkable.
Not only did the physical space feel lighter, fresher and somehow more open, but that month our sales doubled compared with the previous month. No joke!
