Forgiveness Essence
A flower, gem and crystal essence blend created to support forgiveness — of yourself and others — so you can move forward.
When to Use
This essence is suited to working through guilt, an emotion that arises when we're unable to forgive ourselves for a past action or situation. Often the original cause is buried deep in the unconscious, leaving an unexplained need to "make repayment" in some way. This can become a driving force behind inner tension and distress, and difficulty forgiving ourselves often makes it harder to forgive others too.
