What Happens Next

Once you book, you'll receive an email from me to arrange a brief phone call before your session. This gives us a chance to connect, talk through what you'd like support with and anything you've been experiencing or noticing.

Each session is unique and can take anywhere from one hour to three or four hours, depending on what presents itself and what needs to be worked through during the session.
