The recipes below are drops per 100ml of water (distilled water is best).

- 10 drops Lavender
- 6 drops Bergamot
- 4 drops German Chamomile

- 10 drops Geranium
- 6 drops Rose
- 4 drops Ylang Ylang

- 8 drops Neroli
- 8 drops Sweet Orange
- 4 drops Bergamot

Method:
- Add essential oils to spray bottle
- Fill the bottle with water
- Replace lid and shake well
How much essential oil to use:
You can use as many essential oils as you like, however the total amount of drops used should not exceed 20 drops for 100ml of water.
How to use:
Shake bottle well and light spritz over your pillow (not too much – you don’t want to lie down on a damp pillow) about 5 minutes before retiring.
